Computer accounts
Local admin logins, domain accounts, and 'that laptop in the warehouse' still sit in a sticky note or an old onboarding sheet. After a reimage, nobody knows the last successful login or the access level.

Why store Computer accounts in a digital vault
Local admin passwords are still the default
Imaged machines share a well-known local account. Recording username, computer, and last rotated date makes cleanup measurable.
Domain vs local is not written down
Helpdesk guesses which directory the account lives in. Domain and OS fields on the item cut that first hour of tickets.
Access level is 'they can install software'
Standard, power user, and admin get blurred. An access-level field is what audit and least privilege actually need.
Last login is a rumour
Stale accounts stay enabled. Last login plus owner/team shows which machine accounts to disable.
