Valuations
Valuation PDFs sit with the surveyor and in a lender portal. Amount, method, and date are not fields, so a refinance uses last year's number or the wrong asset name.
Hypervault stores asset name, valuation date, amount, method, and the report in an encrypted EU vault, with permissions for owners, finance, and the advisers on that asset.
Why store Valuations in a digital vault
The amount is in the email subject
Subjects get truncated. Valuation amount as a field matches the report.
Method is 'the usual'
Comparables vs DCF vs desktop are not labelled. Method on the item is what the next valuer needs.
Date is assumed current
Lenders reject a stale figure. Valuation date on the vault item is the first check.
The surveyor portal expired
You cannot re-download. Attachments in your vault are the copy you still hold.
