    Sale contracts

The signed SPA is in a notary email, a broker PDF, and a lawyer's matter folder. Sale price, closing date, and parties are not fields, so post-completion obligations are missed.

Hypervault stores contract number, buyer, seller, price, and the file in an encrypted EU vault, with permissions for the deal team and finance after closing.

Why store Sale contracts in a digital vault

Closing date is a calendar hold

When the hold is deleted, obligations vanish. Closing date on the vault item is the record.

Price is in a negotiation sheet

The signed number is in the PDF only. Sale price as a field matches the operative contract.

    Buyer and seller names drift

SPVs and trade names mix. Buyer and seller fields keep KYC and the contract aligned.

Property or item is in the filename

A portfolio of sales cannot be searched. Property/item on the item is the index.

    Who uses this template

    Deal lawyers

File number, parties, price, and the signed SPA in the vault.

    Brokers and agents

Hand the closed contract to the client as a permissioned item, not a zip.

    Finance after completion

Read price and closing date without the full matter mailbox.
