    Signed NDA's

Executed NDAs sit in DocuSign and a 'legal' inbox. Counterparty, expiry, and scope are not fields, so a conversation starts under an NDA that already lapsed — or staff cannot tell who is covered.

Hypervault stores NDA number, parties, dates, scope, and the signed file in an encrypted EU vault, with permissions for legal and the business owner of that relationship.

Why store Signed NDA's in a digital vault

Expiry is a DocuSign certificate nobody opens

Talks continue under a dead NDA. Expiration date on the vault item is visible to sales and legal.

Scope is 'the usual mutual NDA'

One-way vs mutual vs residual clauses differ. Scope as a field stops the wrong assumption.

    Parties are a trade name

The legal entity on the signature block is different. Parties involved must match the signed PDF.

Sales has a private stash of scans

Legal cannot see them. Number and attachments in the vault are the register.

    Who uses this template

    In-house legal

Keep NDA number, parties, expiry, and the signed file under legal permissions.

    Sales and partnerships

Check who is covered and until when without searching personal Drive.

    Procurement on vendor NDAs

File the counterparty NDA next to the relationship, not in a random zip.

    Fields in this template

Keep every record complete and easy to find. Existing fields stay as they are; extras are added only when a vault item would otherwise be incomplete.
