    Warranty documents

Warranty PDFs live with the invoice in a finance folder and a card in the box that was thrown away. Provider, expiry, and coverage are not fields, so a failure is paid out of pocket after cover lapsed unnoticed.

Hypervault stores product, warranty type, dates, provider, and the file in an encrypted EU vault, with permissions for ops, IT, and whoever raises the claim.

Why store Warranty documents in a digital vault

Expiry is a date on a card in a drawer

Cover lapses. Expiration date on the vault item is what ops can actually check.

    Coverage is 'parts only, maybe'

On-site vs return-to-base is not written. Coverage details next to the PDF stop a wasted call.

Provider is the reseller, not the manufacturer

You phone the wrong desk. Provider on the item is who actually takes the claim.

Purchase date is on a lost receipt

Proof of purchase is the claim. Purchase date plus attachments keep invoice and warranty together.
