Security procedures
Incident runbooks live in a Confluence page last edited before the last tooling change. Steps and responsible parties are wrong, so the first hour of an incident is spent finding who actually does what.
Hypervault stores procedure name, type, steps, and owners in an encrypted EU vault, with permissions for security and the departments that must execute them.

On-call does not know who to page. Responsible parties as a field must be current names or roles.

People open the wrong procedure. Procedure type plus department is the filter under pressure.
The wiki is world-readable internally
Some procedures should not be. Vault permissions keep sensitive runbooks to the people who execute them.
