    Credit card information

Company card numbers still appear in expense tools, a finance spreadsheet, and Slack when someone books travel. CVV and expiry travel with the number, which is more than any processor should see in chat.

Hypervault stores cardholder, encrypted PAN, expiry, and billing details in an EU vault, with permissions limited to finance and the named cardholder — not the whole company Drive.

Why store Credit card information in a digital vault

PAN sits in a shared expense sheet

Full numbers in Excel are a PCI headache. An encrypted card field in the vault is the place for the number, not a tab named 'cards'.

CVV is copied into booking chats

Agents ask for it in Slack. Keep CVV with the card item and share the vault entry, not the digits.

Expired cards stay in the sheet

Bookings fail at the airline site. Expiration date on the item is how finance knows to replace the plastic.

Nobody knows which team owns the card

A leavers' card keeps paying SaaS. Owner/team and last rotated make cancellation someone's job.

    Who uses this template

    Finance controllers

Hold company card numbers encrypted, with billing address and card type, not in a workbook.

    Office managers who book travel

Open the vault item instead of asking for digits in a channel.

Founders with a single company card

Keep PAN and CVV in the EU vault so the number is not in personal notes.
