As we continue to focus on the features our users rely on most, we’ve decided to phase out support for logging in and authenticating with itsme®.
Starting end of May, it will no longer be possible to log in using itsme®. The reason? Simply put — it wasn’t being used enough to justify continued support. While itsme® is a fantastic solution for personal authentication, we noticed that in a business context, most users prefer methods like Microsoft login or email and password — which offer more flexibility for teams and company-wide access management.
But no worries — you can still log in securely using your email and password, or other supported methods. If you have any questions or need help switching your login method, we're here to help.
Thanks for your understanding — and as always, we're working hard to keep your experience smooth, secure, and evolving.
