Organize your workspace with Zones
Until now, every Hypervault workspace had a single structure — one treeview containing all your folders and vault items. That worked fine for smaller teams, but as workspaces grew, organization could become challenging.
With Zones, you can now split your workspace into distinct sections. Think of them as separate areas inside your vault — one for each department, client, or category.
For example:

Create a Finance Zone to store accounting and invoicing data.

Keep a Projects Zone for client deliverables and shared credentials.

Set up a HR Zone for contracts and personnel documents.
Each zone acts as its own space, making it easier to keep sensitive data neatly separated and easier to find.
You can create up to 10 zones per workspace, giving you full flexibility to organize information the way your company operates.
Reset accounts directly as a workspace manager
We’ve also added one of the most frequently requested admin features: account reset capabilities.
If a team member forgets their password, the workspace manager can now reset that account directly — no need to contact support or go through a complicated recovery process.
It’s a small improvement that makes a big difference in keeping your team running smoothly, especially when onboarding new members or managing larger groups.
Password strength indicator
Security always comes first in Hypervault. With this update, we’ve introduced a password strength indicator right inside your vault.
Every time you add or edit a password, you’ll see an instant visual indicator showing how strong it is. This helps you spot weak or reused passwords early and move toward a stronger security posture.
It’s the first step in a broader plan to provide comprehensive security reports for your workspace — giving admins a clear overview of where improvements can be made.
Other improvements and bug fixes
As always, we’ve included a range of smaller tweaks and enhancements based on user feedback:

You can now add folders directly from the sidebar, streamlining navigation.

Quick-add buttons for items and folders are now available inside cards, making organization faster.

TOTP support has been improved — large secret keys can now be stored without issue.
