Email settings

Store all your information about an email address (including installation instructions) in your vault and share it with co-workers or clients.

Never again your team or client will ask to send email settings.

A standard template for email configuration

LabelA short name or label for the email account to easily identify it.
ProviderThe email service provider, such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.
Server typeThe type of email server, such as POP3, IMAP, or Exchange.
Email addressThe email address associated with the account.
UsernameThe username used to log in to the email account.
PasswordThe password used to log in to the email account.
Incoming serverThe name or address of the incoming email server.
Incoming portThe port used to connect to the incoming email server.
SSL / TLSWhether the email server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption.
AuthenticationThe type of authentication used to access the email server, such as password, OAuth, or Kerberos.
Outgoing serverThe name or address of the outgoing email server.
Outgoing portThe port used to connect to the outgoing email server.
SSL / TLSWhether the email server uses SSL or TLS encryption for outgoing email.
AuthenticationThe type of authentication used to send email, such as password, OAuth, or Kerberos.
Webmail urlThe URL or web address of the email service's webmail interface.
File uploadThe location of any files related to the email account, such as configuration files or attachments.
NotesAny additional notes or comments about the email account.
TagsAny relevant tags or keywords associated with the email account for organization or search purposes.
