ConsiderationThe value exchanged by the parties, such as money, goods, or services.
CovenantsPromises made by the parties, such as a promise to perform certain tasks or provide certain resources.
ConditionsEvents or circumstances that must be met in order for the contract to be enforceable.
WarrantiesRepresentations made by the parties about the quality or condition of the goods or services being provided.
IndemnificationA provision that requires one party to compensate the other for any losses or damages arising from the contract.
AttachmentsAdditional documents that are included as part of the contract, such as specifications, drawings, or schedules.
